Quality Management

Every garment we ship passes a rigorous 7-point quality check and a final AQL 2.5 inspection — so your brand never has to worry about returns.

Our 7-Point Quality Check

Quality Inspected at Every Stage

From incoming fabric to the final pre-shipment audit, quality is verified at seven independent checkpoints.

1

Incoming Fabric Inspection

Every roll of fabric is checked for GSM, shade, hand-feel, shrinkage and defects before it reaches the cutting table.

2

In-Line Stitching Checks

QC inspectors monitor seams, SPI, and measurements at every sewing station to catch issues early.

3

Measurement & Fit Audit

Garments are measured against the approved spec sheet and graded size set for consistent fit.

4

Print & Embroidery QC

Pantone match, registration, wash-fastness and placement are verified on decorated pieces.

5

Wash & Finishing Check

Garment washes, pressing and finishing are inspected for color consistency and hand-feel.

6

Final AQL 2.5 Inspection

A statistical AQL 2.5 inspection plus metal detection is run on the finished lot before packing.

7

Pre-Shipment Audit

Cartons, polybags, labels and quantities are audited against the packing list before dispatch.

AQL 2.5 Standard

The Internationally Recognized Acceptance Quality Limit

We inspect finished goods to AQL 2.5 — the same acceptance quality limit used by leading global retailers. Inspectors pull a statistical sample from every lot, and the shipment only ships when it passes. Metal detection and individual retail packaging round out the process.
