About fleece

Fleece is the warm, structured backbone of hoodies and sweatshirts — brushed on the inside for a soft, insulating nap that gives garments their cosy hand-feel and weight.

From mid-weight everyday hoodies to dense, heavyweight streetwear fleece, the GSM and brushing define the entire feel of the finished garment.

FAQ

Fleece — common questions

What GSM is a heavyweight hoodie?

Around 350–400+ GSM is considered heavyweight; 280–320 GSM is a comfortable mid-weight. 450 GSM is true premium streetwear weight.

Cotton or cotton-poly fleece — which is better?

100% cotton feels more premium and takes dye richly; cotton-poly (e.g. 80/20) resists shrinking and pilling and costs less. We help you choose per use-case.

Can you do puff print on heavy fleece?

Yes — heavyweight fleece is ideal for puff, high-density and 3D embroidery; we test on your actual fabric first.
